Neil worked as a leisure architect for 11 years followed by a further 11 years as Director of Architecture & Design for a leading Hotel chain. In 2012 he launched Hotel Planning.

The Algarve hotel is a European Conrad Resort located at one of the most alluring destinations in the world, Quinta do Lago. Built to resemble a contemporary white marble palace, Conrad Algarve boasts a range of luxurious rooms and private residences offering unparalleled quality in modern design, comfort and technology. All 285 guestrooms feature marble bathrooms, private balconies and modern entertainment systems. A variety of suites also offer spacious living and dining areas and an external whirlpool. The palatial white marble façade is approached by a roadway flanked by pools and featuring flame torches and fountains. Winner of Multiple World Travel Awards – including Europe’s Leading Luxury Resort. Neil was responsible for the hotel planning of both the front and back of house functional layouts for the Hotel.
